OUR IDENTITY
We are AUTHENTIC - We are true to what God called us to be. We are genuine and honest. We are imperfect, but we are a work in progress.
We are COMMITTED - We faithful, passionate, energetic and fervent in our faith. We have a heart for God and a heart for others.
We are TRANSFORMED - We are made new. We are not of the world. We honor God by obeying Him and the authorities He has placed in our lives. We are humble and we accept correction.
We are SENT - We have a purpose and we live out our purpose. We go and make disciples. We reach out to our family, friends, and schoolmates.
WHY OUR DEPARTMENT EXISTS
Belonging - FY will be a place where the youth belong -- where everyone is accepted regardless of history and status. We will cultivate a culture of uplifting relationships with fellow believers.
Empowerment - FY will equip and empower the youth as the "now generation" to bold in their faith and reach out to people in their schools, homes and communities.
Strengthening of the Faith - FY will create avenues to establish a secure and deep relationship of the youth with Christ and healthy knowledge of Him and how He sees them.
Tuning of Character - FY will help in holistic development to bring change to attitude and behavior that will be more aligned to God’s intent and set apart our youth as salt and light in the world.
MEMBERSHIP
FY1: 13 to 16 years old, unmarried
FY2: 17 to 22 years old, unmarried
FY3: 23 to 30 years old, unmarried
Members and attendees of churches under the Church of the Foursquare in the Philippines, Inc who are 13 to 30 years old and have never been married are automatically part of the Foursquare Youth department.
Note: This is not a “hard rule” but we highly encourage those above 30 years old (except for leaders and coordinators) to move up to the next department.

Multiply Bootcamp / FY Discipleship Process
Multiply Bootcamp is a training on our discipleship process, and evangelism and discipleship methods and materials. The intensive training is available in two forms:
Via a face-to-face classroom training, which can be requested from the National FY team.Via recorded videos posted online so that you can get trained at the convenience of your church or district. The prescribed FY discipleship journey / process is as follows:
Step 1: Evangelism (using our Evangelism Tools)Step 2: Discipleship Foundations (using our Discipleship Booklets, and guided by Multiply: Campus if in the school setting)Step 3: Connection to a Discipleship Group (following the guidelines of the church)
Evangelism Tool - Multiply: The Four
The Four is the main evangelism tool for FY. We encourage each church, division, district to order The Four Ballers for your FY, or if not, at least teach them the principles in using The Four Spiritual Laws.
Promotional kits were deployed to some districts which include some promotional swag (e.g. tarps, shirts). These can be used for promoting The Four in the churches. Designs can also be used for local reproduction. Kindly ensure that design and dimensions are retained. You may get a copy of the graphics via this link.

Evangelism Tool - Multiply: Digital
We also go where the people are! As most youth are now in the cyberspace, we also desire to make Jesus viral! In partnership with Indigitous, we use the Voke app as our tool to start Gospel conversations with friends and acquaintances online.
We also hold Digital Outreach events to practice together how we can reach people online. Contact the National FY team if you are interested to hold a Digital Outreach for your district or church.

Discipleship Booklets: New Life & Multiply
Introducing Jesus is great but it doesn't stop there! We value the importance of follow-up and discipleship, especially for new believers that they may be grounded in their faith.
Our official discipleship materials are NEW LIFE and MULTIPLY which you can download via this link. Hard copies can also be ordered from the National FY at 100 pesos per set.

Discipleship Training - Multiply: Campus
Fulfilling the Great Commission means starting a missional movement! You can't help but grow in quality and quantity if we commit to following Jesus' command to go and make disciples, especially in our school!
As most of our Foursquare Youth are students, we desire to bring the church to the campus and build campus ministries out of discipleship groups started by our FY in their school. Discipleship can be done anywhere, but Multiply: Campus particularly trains our FY on how to do discipleship in the school setting.
